The staff was always ready to help and had warm smiles. The location provided easy access to attractions I wanted to visit and made exploring convenient. I really liked the quality bacon for the buffet breakfast. The breakfast selection was very nice and got my day started well.
My shower head needed fixing as it was hanging off. Maintenance was not immediately available and this proved a great inconvenience. I also found the television was not a smart television. I was unable to access Netflix and thought the television could use an update.

The check in was not smooth. my card didn't work and caused some trouble. also, i was disappointed that the windows could not be opened. I like to sleep with open windows.

the hotel location provided easy access to nearby shops. i found the room clean and bright. the provided toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. It did not affect my overall stay much though.

friendly serviceexcellent quality meals
I found the staff to be superb. The breakfast was very good and included in the price, a nice bonus. The two evening meals I had were of excellent quality. The value was AMAZING!!!

okay stay, some issues noticed
poor pressurestrange layout
the shower had poor water pressure. temperature wasn't consistent either. it made showering difficult. the room layout was also strange with only one bedside cabinet.
